There are a number of countries surrounding the Mediterraean Sea, all of which have their own unique culinary flavours. We are lucky to be situated directly above the Mediterranean Food Company which has been the inspiration for this class. In this class the focus will be on the unique flavours and styles that are used to create simple mediterranean dishes. At the end of the class sit down and relax with a glass of wine and a mediterranean feast you have created.

Cancellations: We prepare for our classes several days in advance. If you are unable to make it to the class you have booked please give us plenty of notice. If the cancellation is recieved more than two days before the class you will be offered a gift voucher to use at a later date. If the cancellation is recieved less than two days before the class, we will use our best endeavours to find another person to take your place, if we cannot find a replacement we will be unable to offer a refund or a gift voucher. 

Minimum numbers: We endeavour to fill our cooking classes, however if we do not have four people wanting to attend a class we may choose to reschedule the class to another date. You will be offered a full refund or a gift voucher if the new date does not suit.
